Terms of Service

HypaLabs is an invite-only, curated distribution platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. Access to distribution features is granted only after your account has been reviewed and approved by our team. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access other users' data, circumventing review or security controls, uploading malware, or using the service to infringe the rights of others.

You retain all ownership of the recordings, compositions, artwork, and other materials you upload ("Content"). You grant HypaLabs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and deliver your Content to digital stores and platforms solely to provide the distribution services you request, as further described in the Distribution Agreement.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to distribute your Content, including rights to any samples, features, and underlying compositions, and that your Content does not infringe any third party's rights. You are responsible for securing any required licenses and for the accuracy of metadata, credits, and ownership splits.

You may not upload Content that is infringing, fraudulent (including artificial streaming or fake engagement), unlawful, hateful, or that impersonates another artist. We may reject, remove, or request takedown of any Content that violates these terms, store requirements, or applicable law.

Royalties reported by stores are credited to your account after any applicable commission and adjustments. Withdrawals are subject to identity and tax verification, minimum thresholds, and processing timelines. You are responsible for the taxes applicable to your earnings. Full payment terms are described in the Distribution Agreement.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with law or store requirements. On termination we may request takedown of distributed Content; earned, undisputed royalties remain payable subject to verification.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypaLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts payable to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the platform. Questions about these terms can be raised through your in-app support channel.
