Takedown Policy

Email info@hypalabs.co with the subject "Takedown Request", including your artist name, release title(s), and target platforms. We acknowledge within 1 business day and process within 7–14 business days.

Royalties earned before the takedown is processed are still collected and paid on the normal schedule.

If a third party submits a copyright claim, we notify you promptly and provide an opportunity to dispute before taking action.

Email DMCA notices to info@hypalabs.co with the subject "DMCA Notice", including identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, your contact information, and your signature under penalty of perjury.

If your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice to info@hypalabs.co. If no legal action follows within 10–14 business days, we may restore your content.
