We also collect account and usage information such as log-in activity and actions taken in the app.

Release metadata you submit is shared with digital stores and our distribution partner solely to deliver and maintain your releases. Some of this information (such as artist name, titles, and artwork) becomes public when your music goes live on stores.

To pay royalties we collect payout and tax-related information. Where payments are processed by a third-party provider, sensitive financial details are handled by that provider; HypaLabs does not store full bank or card numbers. We retain records required for tax and accounting purposes.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the platform. We aim to minimize non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may break core functionality such as authentication.

We use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand platform performance and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information. Streaming and earnings analytics shown in your dashboard are derived from reports provided by stores.

We use your information to provide distribution services, review applications, process royalties and withdrawals, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations and store requirements.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, our distribution partner, and payment processors) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can make requests through your in-app support channel.
