Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which stores and platforms do you deliver to?+
HypaLabs delivers to more than 150 stores and platforms worldwide, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, Boomplay, and Audiomack.
How long does it take to go live?+
Most approved releases reach stores within a few days of delivery. Setting a release date a couple of weeks out gives editorial and pre-save time to work in your favor.
Do I keep ownership of my masters?+
Yes. You own your masters. HypaLabs distributes on your behalf and you can request a takedown at any time.
Who issues ISRC and UPC codes?+
If you already have ISRCs you can provide them. If you leave them blank, they are assigned for you so every track and release is identified correctly.
