Access is by application. Create an account, complete your artist profile, and submit it for review. You are notified by email when a decision is made, and approved artists get distribution access.

You must own or control the rights to everything you distribute through HypaLabs. You confirm this when you set up your artist profile, and it keeps the catalog clean and compliant.
