Distribution Rules

These rules ensure your releases meet platform standards and go live without delays.
1. What You Can Distribute
Original songs you own, cover songs with the appropriate mechanical license, remixes with written permission from the original rights holder, and live recordings of your own compositions.
2. What We Cannot Distribute
Music containing unlicensed samples, AI-generated music using another artist’s voice without consent, misleading releases impersonating another artist, or content that is defamatory or illegal.
3. Audio Specifications
Preferred: WAV or FLAC, 44.1kHz or higher. Accepted: MP3 at 320kbps minimum. Maximum 50MB per track. Recommended loudness: -14 LUFS integrated.
4. Metadata
Track title must match the audio. Release date must be at least 2 business days ahead. Explicit content must be accurately labeled.
5. Artwork
Minimum 3000×3000px, square format, RGB color, JPG or PNG. No URLs, social handles, or unauthorized logos.
6. ISRC and UPC
Required for every release. If you do not have these, HypaLabs will assign them for you using our registered block (registrant code QZ-WDG).
